Gareth	As one of the earliest members of the group, Gareth approaches every investigation with a cool head. Essentially a sceptic, he will often suggest experiments to conduct and is very pragmatic about the approach  to investigating the paranormal.   Always looking for the logical explanation, Gareth still finds the investigations fascinating and from time to time quite perplexing - although he is adament that nothing he has experienced has quite swayed his sceptical thinking...yet.	John	John can usually be found behind one of our video cameras and is normally the first to volunteer for solo vigils or anything that other members may find a bit too scary.   John says he would love something to happen to him to change his mind. So far nothing has managed to convince him fully that there are paranormal explanations, although he does admit he can't completely rationalise everything we've found in our investigations.
Karen	As our most experienced Medium, Karen's input to our investigations is essential. During investigations Karen uses her psyhcic and mediumship abilities to pull as much information as possible about what may be present. In larger venues she can also guide us to which areas are the most active and therefore require the most attention.   Karen is keen to gather proof about the spirit world, and also highlight the fraudsters.	Ben	Previously a sceptic, Ben was intrigued with the paranormal and started to look into psychic and mediumship abilities. Under the guidance of now fellow WPIG member, Karen. Having personally experienced enough to completely change his mind, he has been using his psychic and mediumship abilities for about 6yrs.   On investigations Ben links in with any spirits present and also enjoys developing his trance mediumship - allowing spirits to speak through him.
Carly	Carly brings her historical expertese to the tean which makes validating what the mediums come up with much more effective. After investigations Carly hits the record books and pulls together any evidence or historical relevence. Ensuring that each investigation is carefully documented and recorded for later scrutiny and examination.   Carly does believe there is something out there that we don't fully understand. She holds a healthy reservation about phenomenon we experience noting that not everything is down to the paranormal.	Helen	Helen's contribution to the team has started to change slightly. Currently studying for her Phd in Parapsychology she brings the scientific rationale to the group. Armed with theories to explain most paranormal experiences, Helen is also a key element in putting together practical experiments to test paranormal phenomenon.   However recently Helen has also been aware of her own developing psychic and mediumistic abilities.
Vicky	Vicky joined the group back in 2004 as it first started to take off. Another sceptical member, she keeps the group's views nicely balanced, although she says she is "waiting to be converted".   Vicky very much enjoys the vigils and is usually one of the members who searches thoroughly for rational explanations when anything unusual occurs. She has said that she does hope that at some point she will see something that will go beyond any rational explanation.
